Which one will have more take home?
Offer 1: $375k ( ~70% base + 30% bonus + 10% 401k match )

Offer 2: $400k ( 50% base + 40% RSU + 15% bonus with close to nothing 401k match)

Assuming all else is equal and RSU doesn’t improve much, which will have more take home after tax?

While contacted the ICICI POP , he told me to declare the amount though the POP is not ICICI then only they will get request to transfer to ICICI POP .

My friend is in his first job out of college at a tech company. He started 3 months ago and is in a very toxic environment as well as has to commute/be in the office everyday. His title is “Inside sales” and his pay is very low(no commission), he does tons of work and is expected to stay late (no overtime) on top of the 8:30-5:30.
What is the minimum amount of time to stay at a role he absolutely hates because he needs to write it on his resume?Any advice to cope?

Is EY currently filing I-140 and I-485 concurrently for EB1C cases ? What’s the benefit of filing concurrently? If I do that now along with EAD and AP when can I get GC in hand ?

How do you all stay perfect and free from typos when the workload and pressure adds up? I do my best to keep up but I keep making little mistakes. I’m both positive and motivated to improve my attention to detail but damn those mistakes make me feel so idiotic. Advice?

Getting really frustrated with my job. Im by far the busiest associate my year level, and there are 2 people in my group who literally have no work at all. I feel like I keep missing targets and the partners are disappointed in me, but it’s hard to motivate when I see others not doing anything. Looking for a friendly discussion here... don’t know if there is a straight forward answer, but why are we allowed to put more in a 401k vs an IRA? They are essentially the same thing (correct me if I’m oversimplifying) with the main difference being 401ks are provided by employers. Do you feel like this could be a contributor to the wealth gap? 401ks are more of the norm at white collar jobs and a lot of companies don’t offer one. Is it fair? Talk to me.
