Considering leaving for another firm job, one year in. Thoughts? New position would be a better practice area fit and would only work with clients in the industry I want. Currently it’s about 60% of what I’d like. Also, current firm seems to be stagnating with low hours to go around. I’m worried about not making hours, missing my bonus, and low professional development. Comparable on prestige & exit options and would be $5k less. Just worried about burning bridges and leaving “too soon.”

If anyone at your old firm is upset enough to be considered a "burned bridge" by your leaving after a year, then that person would probably be upset no matter when you left, be it after 1, 2, 3, 4, or more years. Do what's best for you.

Hi guys
Had a query regarding Salesforce strategy roles.

Is it worth trying for strategy roles after 2 years in Tech Strategy projects at EY ? Or is there something more specific that I should be doing ?

Observed on LinkedIn that generally an MBA from Tier 1 University is the norm.

I am interested to apply to Salesforce in the future, if not now.
