Acn loves to bring people in one lvl lower .be prepared for manger offer
yeah they will recognize your experience but still place you at M like A3 said. take a year to get up to speed on the culture and then probably get promoted to SM the following year.
Could make a case for SM, would be a stretch though. M is more likely.
C1 excuse me? That's not true
How much in sales / revenue managed?
If you negotiate well and the need is there then SM is a possibility. Ohterwise M with 2 years experience.
How much delivery experience and what is your focus or skill area
Around £1m
7 years experience in transformation and technology delivery with a focus on custom-dev projects and some good war stories in the local market
What would a typical SM profiles look like that you would consider 'a safe bet'?
If what A4 has said happens, what grade level would that be, besides the title of manager? (I.e. level, years in role)
B4 senior consultants = manager at Accenture
@OP with those sales and years, you're better off coming in as a manager and then proving yourself to SMR. That's what I did - gave me time to get used to the company with slightly lower expectations that I knew I could exceed.
A6, how long did it take and what level M did you come in as?
A5 it is. Senior Consultant at Deloitte is a Manager at Accenture
SC to M
