Hi Fishers, Can someone from Wipro help me out? 31st December was my LWD at Wipro but yet my final settlement is not yet done. I am dropping mail and calling as well to final settlement team but not receiving any response. I tried connecting with HR as well he/she just looped final settlement team in mail but there as well no luck. What should I do?

Got an offer to join Deloitte as a CBO - Project Delivery Specialist– Scrum Master.
The offer is 115k+5k bonus with a 9% AIP. (I have 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. I haven’t finished my bachelors yet.) Previously the role was CBO - Project Delivery Senior Analyst – Scrum Master after back and forth with the hiring manager with a salary of 102k + 6k signing bonus and a 6% AIP. Thoughts?
Moved NY->Lon->NY for SO’s MBA and switched consulting firms in between in London. Salaries are indeed lower in London- both consulting and industry, as I found out in my London job search. Both my own and my friends’ experience of doing the move has been that you need to be ok with a pay cut. On the flip side, cost of living in London I found to be much lower than in NYC and somehow so was my tax rate. As a result, despite the lower salary, I felt like we had a slightly nicer lifestyle in London than in NYC (apartment was both better and cheaper) while the savings rate barely took a hit.
Thanks, everyone. I suppose my hesitations about the pay cut is that I fear it will not allow me to enjoy life in the UK (going out to dinners, enjoying some weekend trips, and going to events). If I move for a few years, I want to be sure I enjoy the most if it.
Revised questions: is the cost of living low enough that the £60-70k will allow me to enjoy the lifestyle that UK has to offer? Sounds like that is a yes from Principal 1!
You will be able to enjoy life on £60-70k, I found that once you reach above £40k (if you’re in a couple) or £50k (if single) you can pretty much not think about money, though depending on your spending you might not save much
Yes, UK salaries are very low. From a salary standpoint, a city like Zurich is probably a better deal
Plus tax is extremely cheap which makes it even sweater
No it should be higher , making the same move at mgr at ~70k + bonus
As a consultant from London, I can tell you that salaries are lower across all firms compared to the US - from MBB to Big4. To be frank Big4 salaries are straight out laughable - my friends started with 32k GBP for example.
Manager salaries are more £70-75k. £60k is consultant
Scandanavia too
In my case I had to take a ~20-25% pay cut to move to London
As a pped?
