You should ask for a bigger bump
Is your goal to work in Media?
YOE? If you are 3+, you could get a bigger comp bump than 105k for leaving your company

When are you up for promo? Generally, I'd stay, unless it was an ideal exit role-wise. Your next promo will probably be bigger than whatever you would get at the media company, unless it is Netflix.
@M2, I’m up for promo in May. I feel like the role is great but probably not worth compensation growth sacrifice
Dude after 2 years at Accenture I got an offer for 140k. Stay at Deloitte until you get 150k and above is my recommendation
I’m still in consulting

Wrong question.
Do you want to work in media or in consulting? Six figure income money is important but not the sole factor.

The good news is 100k is a strong foundation.
I have 5-10 people in consulting reaching out every week. Basic story is they didn’t like consulting, but have great experience and want to take their salary with them. Really tough for us as we get flooded with this background; ironically they’d have made more in tech. I really have trouble with cultural fit given the person leads with “I worked a job I disliked for 5 years instead of applying to your organization from the start.”
The above may or may not describe you- pleased dont take offense either way. I merely want to point out a trap I see people fall into
Maybe
You can probably lower your expectations on the promo bump
