I’m an A1 in audit and was curious if switching into advisory is a solid move early on? I know people usually recommend to switch when you become a senior but is the work you see in audit that relevant and beneficial for advisory? Why is this even a topic? Jeans are jeans... wear any kind of jeans... just like you can wear any blouse, top, shirt... as long as it's not too revealing, ripped, or whatever. I wear burgundy jeans, black jeans, gray jeans... white are not really my thing.
If you look decent in white, wear them.
If you can't be trusted to pick the right jeans, how in the world did you get that B4 job?
You should be ok with white jeana as long as it is actual denim material. Ofdices tend to frown on white anything because it can be a bit revealing for men or women. So to avoid problem or flat out saying why no white jeans, they said traditional jeans. Let's face it, some people love to push or flat out rip the envelop.

White is fine.
The policy clearly states blue/traditional jeans. S o yes, man or woman, it might be frowned upon.
What's wrong with tight jeans? I'm a small girl (110 lbs) and I always wear fitted clothes. Otherwise they'll just fall off.

Jesus Christ! I HATE the fact that HR people pick on skinny people to not wear tight clothes. I bet they haven't said that to someone who's overweight.

I am sorry. I have seen guys as worst offenders of too tight jeans. I do not need to see the outline and which side it lays on. Worst time dude was standing and I was sitting at my desk and it was right there . It was a partner and I wanted to bust out laughing and tell him stop wearing your jeans that tight.
