Agree with A1. I would explore a lateral move.
200 lit hours a month is a lot, especially if it’s every month. That’s 2400 a year. What lit subgroup are you in?
Biggest tip is: bill the full amount of time spent. Don’t cut your own billing, the partner can do that. Sometime I felt I’d take too long researching or drafting and shave some of my own time off, and that was stupid.

190 x 12 is 2280. 200 x 12 is 2400. Both are way over most firms requirements. I would be looking for a firm that doesn’t think either of those is a low number. Not all biglaw is like this.
It’s not like this everywhere, especially in lit. Explore options if you can. This is not great
