So I’m about to start my interview process for Capital One next week for a Senior Financial Analyst position. My recruiter going give me a prep call on Friday but I wanted any advice that recruiters don’t tell you during the interview process. Also I wanted to ask if Capital One a decent place to work at. I will be working at the one in McLean Virginia if that helps.

..executive presence, confidence and ability to handle pressure in such situations. I am a techie and don’t have much experience dealing with top guys. Any help with pointers and tips on prepping this interview will be helpful.
Practice with friends or colleagues. Do it multiple times until you are comfortable. I would even write a bunch of questions and throw them in a hat and let them pressure you or throw you off. Practice will be key and feedback.
Remember that you are the expert in the room. They are the execs but you control the floor when you are speaking. Their questions may be incorrect or misguided, or in this scenario excessively targeted, but as long as you keep in mind it's to prove you know your shit, you are golden. If they ask a really tough question, admit it's a good question and address it as best as possible but don't get flustered, it's all part of the gig.
