Moving to Scandinavia sounds excellent. That’s what I came to say.
Yeah. Take a chance. I was always very adventurous at your age. Loved to travel and do new things. If you don’t like you can come back. But it may also open up new opportunities.

Take the offer - you won’t regret. Make sure they pay first year housing, $20,000 relocation costs, signing bonus, and 4x your India salary

It’s a big move, and a negotiation, I would ask now for a signing bonus (you can let them name the amount if you’re shy) and for 90 days of stay rather than 45. If you’re shy then ask for 60.
You’re right. But my sense is you moved to industry for WLB or other reasons 🤷🏼♀️
As an immigrant to the US, I worked before for a couple of years in Oslo. Loved every minute of it and kinda miss it now but made US my new (permanent) home. A few positive things off the top of my head: - great English skills everywhere - started around 8:30, lunch at 11am (which was a shock to me as it seemed early), everyone out at 4pm - great work ethics - people were very welcoming - summer vacations were typically 1.5 mths long Some negatives: - annoying winters, most evenings the streets were completely empty - everything is expensive (good salaries though) -taxes
