Hello Fishes , I was interviewed in Harman and Benz. There were 2 technical rounds and 1 managerial round. After managerial round was completed I was rejected in both companies. I am fed up with this. Does anyone know what could be the reason for rejection after completing all rounds ? Has anyone faced similar situation in any other company. - Frustated Mbrdi Harman Connected Services Harman

Ok, now that it’s done, what’s your workout for today? 😅
Pro forma or proforma?
Did the role for 2.5 years. Excellent work (interesting problems to solve, lots of control over your work), WLB depends on your specific team but is definitely better than consulting, compensation sucks though and is ultimately why I left.
No disrespect intended but how does someone live on 80k base in SF? The number feels so unrealistic
I do it as an entry level analyst. Live with friends, shop at trade joes, go out couple times a month, and you can even save 40%+ of disposable income. It’s all perspective
80k base. Variable bonus. 40k rsu over 4 years.
Thanks for the insight S1. Can you share comp range I can expect? 3 years exp
Agreed with what OW1 said, except the 80k will probably come after some good bargaining on your part. ~3-7% annual raises, depending on performance, and bonus pool of up to ~35% (of which usually at least 50% is RSUs that vest over multiple years).
Additionally, I'd expect compensation packages to be revamped post-IPO, similar to how other SF tech companies did it.
I can also confirm what was mentioned above. Also note that the ops mgr role, specifically in the Rides teams, no longer has any autonomy.
Comp sounds way to low for me :/ would be taking a huge pay cut on base. Thank you all for your thoughts!
