Do your due dligence before joining. D is becoming a sweatshop now (atleast tech area)
Raise are 3 to 10%. Bonus up to a30%
Raises are almost non existent without promo. Deloitte uses bonuses to motivate.
Up to 30%; but that’s probably only for the top top performers? What do good performers or even average performers get? Curious because I assume in my first year, rebuilding my brand, it’ll be hard to distinguish myself at the top tier. My question make sense?
SC1 is right, also the toughest stage in D is M & SM. You might end up at D & realize life sucks here...

What are M bonuses like and what are they tied to?
That’s the reality of big 4 and high level strategy firms generally. Gotta make sure sales pipeline will cover the staffing level too

Aren’t raises even lower at D if already towards the top of the M salary band? Need to get promo to SM for next real jump
I came in as an experienced hire and my raise was <2%, but also making near 185k as an Mgr. Was told promo raise will not be big, either. Not going to stay with returns on income like this. Inflation is beating me.
