I found one of my coworker's anonymous Twitter accounts, and it has a ton of red flags involving bigotry, sexism, etc. It's a personal account, so should I mention it to HR or not?

My coworker always takes a super long breaks during the day and it's hard to get a hold of him. Should I say something??

I recently left solo work to an in-house role where I am the only poc my team. I honestly feel my team has never had a poc on the team coupled with the fact that I’m much younger. 08 grad.I’m still learning ropes I can’t help but get this sense that they feel I’m not qualified but was only hired as a “diversity hire”. I feel so out of place. They’re nice folks but the comments makes me so uncomfortable as if they’re working with a first year who doesn’t know a lot. Tell me it gets better please!

My organization absorbed another and the former deputy PM became a branch head - a demotion. For org was more focused on tech dev and not delivering a product on a sked. New org is very focused on that. He is not a driving leader, but is the only one with the tech knowledge needed. He is retirement eligible. He has no heir apparent - previous org didn’t plan that way. If I move him under someone who is a driver - he retires and I lose the knowledge. If I don’t, we may not meet schedules. Advice?

Hi Everyone, I have joined IBM 2 weeks back and project is not assigned to me yet. Now the thing is IBM has my previous company as client, Now HR asking me to work over there for atleast 6months. But am not at all interested to go over there and work.

Can we reject this project and ask IBM HR to show me some other projects. TILL NOW NO OTHER PROJECT IS SHOWN TO ME

Even my people manager also wants to work me there but I told him not interested. Will it effect me in any way at IBM.

It seems like it’s got a lot of what’s needed in the CTV space, but I worry about if it can scale all that well, as well as the next 12-18 months of viability as privacy lockdown takes hold. Their system appears like it could be on pretty shaky ground without ad identifiers that are disappearing.
