BCG3 is spot on, transition assistance is excellent. I am about 6 weeks into my next career, and I have nothing but nice things to say about the transition assistance I received. Plus keeping my health insurance so I could go to the doc and dentist and take care of all the crap I had been putting off because of the workload.

At Bain Chicago we have season tix to bulls and hawks and the UC. We have a box which includes food + drink and also seats a couple rows behind the visitor bench. They're for partners to take clients but when they're not being used, they get offered to the firm.

Hi I am currently studying for my PMP, is the one exam worth pursuing these days?

I also had a friend being up a Google PM certificate, I know nothing about that. But it looks like it sets you up well with some jobs. Anyone have any experience with that?

I just started this week as a first year in house doing corporate and commercial real estate. I am working mostly remote and I am just wondering how long it will take the general counsel to suss our my capabilities? Right now I don’t really have my own work yet and I sort’ve feel like the add on kid that needs to be babysat- which is fine I get. But what exactly do you think the general counsel is looking for from me? From what he said we will always have a matter that we’re working on... ctd

Happy New Years fam. 2021 will be my last year in the US before moving back to my home country. Any thoughts or advise regarding the following ?

1) can i keep my US bank account open or would i need to close it down?
2) should i close my 401k?
3) can i keep my stock/mutual fund investments?

Also appreciate any insight to the process if anyone has gone through this. Any unexpected issues.
