I am working in Deloitte PMO Analyst with cumulative work ex 2.5 years. I want to move to Program Management in FAANG. But for all the posts I see work ex is more than 3 years with an MBA. So, Should I go for an MBA first or should I apply for the same roles. I am mainly aiming Amazon.

Any advice on pivoting from banking (relationship management) to consulting/prod mangement?

Previously a senior manager in product/ analytics with 5+ reports and significant scope at a F50. Took a “manager - strategy” role with no reports in tech 6 months ago for better pay intending to progress back to people management but company downturn has made that unlikely. What should I use for my current title on resumes so it doesn’t look like I regressed or am too junior? I’ll be aiming for senior manager and director roles but don’t want the current “manager” title to hold me back.

I’ve been asked why I never tried a Big4/ MBB as I’ve got results & with big names as my clients. What does it take for an experienced (+20y, 7countries) to be hired? What is the application process? Currently a JR PM at an ad agency in NYC. Working on social media for my client. Really don't enjoy it. Previous experience is in experiential marketing and really loved that because I knew humans would interact, touch, and feel the things I helped create.

I’m a solar electrician at sunrun. I focus mainly on energy storage systems such as Tesla batteries. Currently making 93k a year with Lots of OT that push me into 150k a year. High stress job and high reward. At 31, I feel I could keep up with the long hours but I know eventually it will have to stop as it’s not sustainable long term.
