Guessing they are transiting through HK? If they’re not I wouldn’t worry at all. If they’re coming through Asia I’d keep an eye on how it plays out over the next few weeks and make a decision then. Personally I think the risks are minimal and I wouldn’t be too worried, but y need to decide for yourself what your comfort levels are.

Yeah this risks seems pretty minimal unless you are in China (at least for the time being). A lot can change in a matter of weeks though- I think by the time they need to get on a plane you’ll have more information.
