The role is based in the Metro DC area, with a great compensation package (base, bonus, stock). Total comp is valued $200K+. Role does require relo to the Metro DC area. “

Hello Fishes !!

Cctc - 6.8 LPA
YoE - 2 Years

I have accepted an offer for BA3 band for 10 LPA (46% hike). Is this a good offer or was I low balled ? Wanted to know as this is my first switch so I cannot judge if this is a good offer or not.
I had communicated my expected salary of 11 LPA (fixed) during negotiations for which HR said she would have to ask the concerned team. I then said that I am willing to negotiate and was offered 10. Was this wise or should I have waited ?

Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me. He also exhibits stalker like behavior by looking up my family online (addresses, emails, phone numbers, FB/Twitter accounts, you name it) and driving by my house and commenting on things I was doing during the weekend or after work. I am fed up with it and am starting to apply elsewhere. I don’t think I’ll be able to get the same total comp though. More in comments..

I hate working on commission. I am a naturally shy person and approaching guests in our store is intimidating enough, it's even worse when some of my more socially savvy coworkers notice me trying to strike up a conversation with someone and they come in and literally steal my client from me.

Wanting your insight: I’m so exhausted with the lack of staff and the constant treading water of “just have to make it past XYZ” with resources that are unavailable (technical specialty, time, staffing, etc). I know this is a problem every firm has right now, especially staffing. But my firm is small, gaps are debilitating. Someone please tell me what you and/or your company is doing about this, other than the obvious recruiting and increased salaries/sign ons to alleviate this.

So I worked from home yesterday and my husband had a sneak peak on my meetings with clients (which I’m very new to being a senior).
