Going to sound silly but how do people get up early to workout or work (whether inside the house or out) without waking their kids? When my husband leaves for work early both kids wake up and never fall back asleep. I leave them in bed but then they whine until 7am and are cranky. Sometimes the toddler leaves his bed when he hears us too. Want to start working or working out early mornings but how do I do with without ruining everything? Eek!
