Probably.
Find them on LinkedIn and send them a persuasive and entertaining email or message asking them if they would mind.
Let me give you some advice.
The people at good agencies like mine are busy. Droga5 people are busier than most because that place is a bit of a sweatshop. We’re also inundated with great books. I probably see 3-4 books with people I’d love to hire and can only take 1-2.
That’s out of say 20-25 books I’ll look at. Probably out of 200-250 books that get sent to creative recruiting.
That’s it. That’s what you’re up against.
And you’ve chosen to do nothing but beg. Nothing to catch anyone’s attention. Nothing to demonstrate why I or anyone else should look at your book. Just entitled begging.
Why don’t you try asking people who have nothing better to do? There are a lot of mediocre, less selective agencies out there that might consider taking a flyer on whatever you’ve got. Their CDs might not have anything better to do.
(In case you didn’t pick up on the disdain, it’s because you’re offensively entitled and stupid).

Two things to think about here:
1. CDs are usually too busy to give feedback to a junior. Reach out to copywriters. Get them to like you, then, once they do, ask for an intro to their CDs.
2. Maybe take a break from fishbowl for a bit. You've become infamous on here and are turning people off from wanting to help you - as is obvious from many of the comments on your posts.
