PTO Dilemma: I have over 100 hours of PTO remaining from hours carried over from last year that must be used before 12/31. I scheduled out days to use the hours. However, when I put my scheduled PTO in the Utilization Tracker, and include the Thanksgiving holiday and the Collective Disconnect days, I end up below my utilization target. How is that possible?
