I'm still in law school and interviewing for a Summer Analyst position at Blackstone next week. I have a rough idea but would be good to hear from people with first hand experience. I joined JPMC last year mid. I was not give any hike last year as I was told that it’s been just few months since joining. I was given a bonus though (1.5 l)

Can you guide me with what % of hikes can one expect for highest rating? Also what’s the average hike % that usually jpmc offers? Also is bonus related to the hikes % or like 2x of last bonus something?
Would bringing in an offer before appraisal affect my hikes to get better?

3rd year associate. 6 months in at a new firm and I’m struggling. I feel like I have way too much work to the point that I am no longer enjoying it. Hi new here. Idk what my value is and if I’m getting paid an amount that reflects my hard work. I am a paralegal for a small law firm (family and immigration) w only 1 attorney. I have about 20 files or more in my rotation at a time. I work on various types of cases at once. Some are simple, others are extensive. I feel like it’s very unstructured and one of the managers micromanages. It’s like every man for himself. Take home pay is $50k. I am working on my bachelors deg. Do I get paid enough?
