KPMG I cleared all the rounds of my interview with KPMG and was asked to provide necessary documents and fill a CAF form a week back and had a HR discussion too. I have requested for about 3Lakhs additional fixed pay since my current CTC has increased and HR said she will get back on this. It's been a week and haven't heard back on the offer letter. How long do you think I should wait. Please wait.

NEED A PROPER SUGGESTION / GUIDANCE
I'm a fresher candidate, I'm currently working at Xoriant Solutions as a software engineer with 5LPA package. I got it through off campusing. I have got 2 more offers from college placement, first one is SENIOR ANALYST at Capgemini with 7.5LPA and second one is SOFTWARE DEVELOPER at Hitachi with 9 LPA.
Which company should i join as a fresher to have a proper growth or a good role in future ?
Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.

Sm2 at 200
Seems like the absolute bottom of the pay band.
There was a band for us this year. Im in deals tax - were there no bands for advisory?
In the old days. Now it’s 180-275
M&A tax senior band is 140-200
I’m at 200k as a SM2 HCOL in deals
FYI Deals Analytics is also on a higher cohort than fdd/val/cmaas, think they’re around regular mc advisory. I believe ts is the lowest paid group in deals 😢
Is a SM1 at PWC essentially a third year manager? I’m trying to figure out what the equivalent is at EY.
Yeah exactly. We used to not have it and it went M to director but then they did this global title realignment bullshit so now manager is 2 or 3 years and SM is 1-3 years before director
I like the title director better than senior manager tho. Ideal title would be associate partner instead of senior manager at places like Deloitte & EY. Associate partner has so much more clout to it than SM IMO
