ZS 🐠 - can you receive sponsorship for MBA prior to having tenure of 3 years? If not, what is the downside of applying after 1 or 2 years? I am coming in with 3+ YOE in consulting, so my application would be competitive for next fall (or ‘23)

Hi all! I’m inclined on taking up the CIPM training and certification exam. I’m already a certified Data Protection Officer in the Philippines. I intend on skipping CIPP as it applies to the US and EU.

How difficult was the exam? Can you share your experience studying for the CIPM exam? Is it advisable to skip CIPP?

Do UMM PE firms often provide MBA sponsorship for investment team associates?

Big4/ACN consultant -> MBB Consultant/Associate I was wondering if I get promoted to a consultant from an analyst/BA at one of these firms above, can I lateral to MBB as an Associate or Consultant? Or would I need to start over again as AC/BA or get my MBA. I’d much rather get my MBA thru sponsorship and MBBs seem to have a better package for grad school compared to other firms.

I have Epic Wisdom training experience. I am running into the issues of my company not wanting to certify or credential us but I want to utilize this new skill I have. For all you Epic people what should I do. I really want to break into Epic project management or consulting. I do already have my PMP.

Anyone successfully clear any Oracle EPM certification? Did you use any data dumps? How was your experience? Given that it’s mandatory now at D, trying to see how I can clear an exam when I’m not working hands on, in any epm tool development.

What is typical salary range for Sr. Consultant at Deloitte India Consulting. YoE - 3. MBA Tier 1 college.

It seems like it’s pretty risky to do an MBA (even M7) if you want to work in non-amazon tech. I work for FAANG already, but nervous about recruiting post-MBA since most schools send only 3-6 people to my company. If I do decide to go the MBA route should I just force myself to be comfortable working at amazon?

MBA(M7) is an expensice way to get one last interview with MBB for failed souls and an expensive vacation for the successfuls.

Has anyone every dealt with working for a business where the boss’s (attorney) wife (most definitely not an attorney) seems to actually be the boss? They’re actually insufferable and seem to be negatively affecting the business more than helping. She’s condescending and treats me differently now because I asked for more flexibility in my schedule and a raise because I was making ridiculously less at my previous job per hour. The attorney needs to basically run every single decision by his wife.

I absorbed my managers responsibilities and about half of another role five months ago. I asked for a promotion and a raise. Received a raise but it still does not bring me to market value for the entry-level role that I began with. I was told they cannot promote me due to “supply chain issues“ and directives to remain highly profitable not just moderately profitable. Meanwhile I have seen three men promote in the past few weeks as they are now working multiple roles including leader ship.

I attended the HR discussion today and the discussion went very smooth without any negotiation.
I have quoted for 70% raise, is it too much to ask ?
