Could someone point me in the right direction for finding the annual cell phone reimbursable expense policy? I heard it was $250, but can't find the actual language

It's not an annual thing but rather a phone cycle (so every 2 years) thing

like

Thank you DD1 - for anyone else looking the policy is .017P PDA and Other Wireless Devices

like

Search it on Dnet, it's there. Also try going to My Technology and going to the cell phone section, sure there is a quick link there to the policy

I believe it's 200 every two years

It's up to $250 + tax, every 2 years or contract end term, whichever comes first

Just started investments a month ago, majority in VOO. Have some funds (<5K) in few ETFs where I noticed (last night) the expense ratio is .40, .50, .20, .10 vs compared to VOO’s .03. Thoughts on selling those with higher expense ratio now? ( don’t have a lot of profit or loss at this point as it’s been just a month).

Why do some people say that the senior level at big tech (e.g., L6 at AWS) correlates to senior manager level at big 4? I get it from a comp perspective since comp is just that much higher.
