Can anyone tell me what the salary range is for Monitor Deloitte senior consultants in the UAE? Also I have a SC offer from PwC healthcare (not strategy &) and currently also interviewing with Monitor so according to you all which of the two is better across WLB, growth, culture, quality? Thanks!

I don't know for sure how diverse BCG ME or McK ME projects are, but I primarily compete with McKinsey and BCG in my space and mostly in KSA. We have some big long-term engagements but these don't represent a significantly higher portion of our overall business than at BCG ME or McKinsey ME, from what I understand.
I think, for all levels below Partner, we offer a similar base, slightly lower target bonus (than BCG ME at least), but we more than make up for it with pretty amazing benefits that BCG ME or McK ME does not provide in the Middle East. Overall, I think these firms are more similar than different in terms of the work pursued & delivered and compensation offered in the Middle East. For Partner level compensation, I hear Kearney Partners are a very very happy bunch :-)
C1 - generous housing allowance, significant / unlimited education allowance for children, home leave flight ticket for all family members (class of travel changes with seniority), firm profit sharing, etc.

Kearney more impelementation stuff, that leads to more chilled WLB overall
Location mix not sure, would assume share of Riyadh for Kearney and BCG highest
For junior levels high comp, starting PL/Principal starts to get significantly lower (assuming you don’t have children, for which Kearney covers tuition, thats a huge chunk)
BCG1 - it’s pretty wild for you to assume and think you have good visibility on what any firm does or doesn’t do beyond what you see. Your 4 years in the region and your friends can tell you all they want but this is a text book definition of blind men touching an elephant and thinking they all know what it looks like. That is what naïveté is - making claims about something you may not know much about, while hiding behind <<source: my unnamed friends and my wisdom>>
