HCL is good choice for you in current situation


Did you have any other offers? I only ask because idk what your expectations are in terms of pay. But work culture is not bad. I love it here persaonlly.

yikes sersiouly, I think HCL is going to be a much better option for you

I have heard only one bad thing about HCL during my decision making which was that they have hire-fire attitude based on requirements, like they hire a lot when needed and after the project is in last phase they start to reduce capacity, which was my reason for not going forward with them. Still you might want to check for yourself.

Go for HCL

I heard hcl doesnt pay VP properly and no hikes...that would be only concern
