PI. Worker’s comp generally has a damages cap. Plaintiff’s PI will pay more.

I think they would, but it would be reduced credit as compared to someone from a PI background. At least in my state, the processes for litigating a workers comp claim are vastly different from how you litigate a PI claim. But at least you would have some experience with treatment for injuries, negotiating injury claims, etc.
