Hi guys, How much will pay for Senior 2 at Mazars now? How much/ how many percentage salary raise will be increased from S2 to S3 and from S3 to Manger in general? Deadlines can induce anxiety attacks for me. I worked through the weekend and just woke up to a (nice!) email from the client asking about progress. We're not going to hit deadline. This caused an all-out anxiety attack at 6:30 am and now I have to somehow get myself together and work. How can I have a healthy relationship with deadlines? That "good and done is better than perfect" saying is nice, but expectations are very high. I just want to stop feeling this way. Therapy helps, kind of.

CPA/property question. SO and I are splitting up and are not married but together 10 years. We are going to sell our house and will have a ~$40k gain on sale. The house is 100% in my name but I want all or most of the proceeds to go to my SO. I do not want to pay tax and then give remaining to SO and have them also pay tax. Could I have the SO put a lien against the house so that when it sells, the escrow cuts the check directly to SO rather than me to keep me tax neutral?
