With the new top talent that’s now in the market because of layoffs how are recruiters handling applicants that are currently in the interviewing process? If they’re not a perfect ten across the board are you all now more inclined to not give them an offer because there’s something better out there?

I received offers from both KPMG and Deloitte for the same salary amount. My family wants me to take KPMG because it’s about 10 minutes closer to my house, and KPMG said in my interview that the hours are less intense. How do I decide if I like both companies?

Cleared TCS interview, HR shared compensation which they would offer(not exact offer letter). Upon my confirmation on the given CTC and location she said she would proceed further. I confirmed and after few days she dropped email saying we regret for the inconvenience, can't proceed further with your candidature.

Hey! I’m a self-contained teacher for grades K-2. This is my first year at the school I’m currently in, and apparently in the yearbook every year they have a class page solely for the handful of students in my classroom.
