Hi fishes, Help me decide which one to go with.
Yoe: 12+
EY GDS: 25 lpa fixed Senior consultant Level 2
Conduent: 34lpa (no variable pay) Senior Manager C08
I'm not sure if EY can match the offer but I'm inclined towards Conduent as they're offering a better role.
Should I go with the big 4 with lower designation or a smaller company with a better role that suits my experience?

Looking to get an internship at a Big 4. I’m a non traditional student. Currently in my last semester of school will graduate this fall with a Bachelors in accounting. Worked in the industry for 11 years with USAA most recent position Business Risk and Controls Advisor. I’m currently studying for the enrolled agent exam as the opportunity was presented to me working part time at Intuit as a tax associate. Any advice on how to get into the Big 4? EY PwC Deloitte KPMG

No, it shouldn’t be an issue. I double dipped for 90 days while on terminal leave
I see. Got it.
I would stay away from big4 consulting. They tend to bring you in the manager level which isn’t that senior. The smaller boutiques would give you more of a chance Of coming in at a more appropriate level
Gov consulting has has long and wild hours for me, but our project is highly visible. It’s project dependent — then at higher levels one must do business development, which is time consuming.
Thank you.
