Yes, this is also a humor post. And while I may work for GT this isn't the GT bowl. Our experience hasn't been universal.
This meme doesn’t reflect the action taken by owners of GT. They prioritized employee comp over distributions and ponied up capital for ongoing liquidity. They get high praise for their leadership.

I think a strong argument can be made for proportionate cuts. 20-30% at the top and graduated down to lower levels. If it means the survival of the company I would rather have a job on the other side 😀. (I am currently experiencing a pay cut)
