You might have to open the caseback to get more info. I would be interested to see if its an American or Swiss movement.
But assuming this is in America: there might be a chance that Warwick here is a jeweler, and not a watch manufacturer. The tariffs on completed watches were very high in the first half of the 20th century, so a lot of jewelers would import Swiss movements (and pay less import tariffs), and then add their own case and bracelet design as a finished product for sale. I'm seeing a Warwick Jeweler established in 1919 in business in PA, they might be the same jeweler.
This is just a guess, but Warwick doesn't ring a bell (on the lines of Elgin or Gruen) as a defunct American watchmaker to me.
On the caseback: I agree -- probably for the caseback or case only though
On Warwick: I did some trademark / copyright searches for Warwick Watch Co, and I came up on a 1927 catalogue that had Knickerbocker Watch Co of New York linked to Warwick. Based on this, I am thinking that Warwick was a brand for Knickerbocker, and that the watch was assembled in the US using European parts before being marked and sold as Warwick in the US
There is more literature on Knickerbocker available online: http://www.pocketwatchrepair.com/histories/knickerbocker.php
