Tata Consultancy Hi fishies, I recently interviewed for a Big data dev role for Autodesk but it's via a third party called Applicantz. Initially the contract is for 1 year, which can be extended. There is also scope of Autodesk hiring permanently after 6 months or 1 year. Can anyone provide some reviews about Autodesk and third party Applicantz. Usually I would not have considered anything via a third party, but the company(Autodesk) seems great and work discussed seems good as well.

If she decided to give you 13 LPA then you will not do anything but do one thing take this offer and it will help you in counter offer after this you can easily get 17-18 LPA offer from another company on the basis of 13 LPA offer
Next company will give you at least 4-5 LPA more than the 13 LPA
First of all 20 lpa is also low as per recent market shift... Try for multiple offers.. At the end Negotiation ka game hai babu bhaiya... Surely u will get what you deserve.. All the best. Commenting here because have same tech stack and understands the HR games
Simple solution....tell HR that in March cycle my salary will atleast increase by 1L, so based on that ask for 15LPA which is apprx 30-40%.
Try to convince her to give 15, don't settle less than 14 in worst cases.
If you are tooooo desperate then take their offer, use it for counter offers. You are telling that Next company will not give more than 14L, No they will give, it depends on your negotiation skills....
For ex- CapG's offer is 13. U will take this and ask the next HR to give 16/17L bcoz for 1/2L you will not leave current company. And you can go ahead till 19/20L with other companies
You will get 20+ easily.. the only thing you have to do is keep giving more interviews... I have got 25+ offers as a Java developer... Resign with this offer and give more interviews as much as you can
Accept the offer, you can give counter offer to capgemini if you clear any other interview.. initially they will pay very less only.. same happened with me..
Try to get close to 15 lpa and keep giving interviews. You will surely get around 20lpa for sure. All the best👍
Marry her. She will pay you more than that. Some people call it dowry, but that's fine. You can handle it
the entire life i need to payback🤷🏻♂️.. its worst🙌🙌😂😂
Don't settle for less than 15. Directly say no to her. They will definitely come back.
Try for US/European based banks as they have multiple openings for Java developer. They can easily give you 20 LPA+.
