I am currently working as a manager with Deloitte Global (internal strategy role). I have an offer from Accenture (internal strategy role). They are offering L9 level (exit level manager) with a 25% hike from my current salary (base - 29L). I am expecting a sr. manger promotion in next 1.5 years. Any advice??

Amazon FLDP vs Gartner Consulting (post-MBA level). I am worried taking Amazon will close the door for consulting in the future. Amazon comp - 130k base + 80k sign-on bonus (~45k first year, ~35k second year) + 100k RSU (4 year vest). Gartner - 125k base + 15K EOY Bonus + 10k sign-on bonus. Do I pass on my hopes for consulting and chase the money?

I have verbal offers from LinkedIn and actual offer from FB...this is for data analytics position...both at same level. Which one should I pick? My preference is good WLB and quality of work as against to total comp.

Technical round, salary discussion/HR round for HCL completed 2 weeks back. I got to know there should be another round called "TAG" round. I didn't get any mail regarding that. I am waiting for offer letter.

what is TAG round?
Is it technical round or HR round?
Is this a qualifying round?
what are the questions they have asked?
is this round round mandatory for all? because I didn't get any kind of mails ahout this?
