I work at a large company and there is a lot of salary information on Glassdoor. according to Glassdoor the avg comp at my company with my YOE is $20k more than what I make. Can I bring this into a discussion or is this not considered a strong data point? There are 15 salaries reported for my level with my YOE so it’s not like it’s only one or two data points

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. My girlfriends and I booked a non-refundable room for our New York trip coming up in a month. The reviews were ok on the booking website, but as we're reading more recent reviews on tripadvisor and google, the hotel is quite horrendous (bed bugs, mice in rooms, mold/mildew in bathroom, hair on bedsheets and towels, luggage being stolen in an unsupervised luggage area....). Is there anyway we can get a full refund for the room? I'd rather book another place before the trip than take our chances
