Over the last 6 months I have been working to develop an EdTech App, the app is designed to change the way children in K-6 interact with technology. I have just agreed my new contract which is slightly below average salary rate but I don’t mind as I enjoy the work. However in the past year I’ve contributed a lot and done many overtime hrs every week. So this time I asked for 29 days holidays plus bank holidays. Is this too much to ask?
