Hi Everyone,
Please help me unlock the DM feature.
Hi all - S& reached out to me about an interview with a “new” Corporate Development Services team that is part of / a spin-off from their Deals Strategy team. Post-MBA role.
I can’t find much online, especially S& specific. Does anyone have any insights on the team / group. What the work looks like, what the staffing model is etc?
My background is corporate finance and I would be interested in returning to that post-consulting, so it feels like a good fit. Thoughts or advice?

pretty sure you can use it for any kind of learning or training... in Hawaii had numerous people use it for SCUBA instructor level certs plus buying gear. would assume that also means you can use it for any kind of costly cert
I’m curious too. I know trade schools are an option, are you trying to do something completely out of the ordinary?
Could use it to get your private pilots license, but I think there were stipulations and some limits on the type of school you had to use
There’s aeronautical programs where you earn a degree and your license simultaneously and it’s covered plus you get BAH. Rather than a private pilot training program where it’ll only cover a percentage and you don’t get BAH.
Anything outside of scuba or pilots license?

I used it for my PMP. Not very creative, but it did save me $550 on the exam. They’ll also pay if you fail the test so it lowered my stress about the whole thing.
I got GMAT and GRE tests reimbursed. Wound up not going to school, but they paid the test fees anyway
