severely understaffed and you’ll work late nights on insignificant social posts. all social projects are an absolute disaster in every way possible but the rest of the work is pretty standard. pretty much every campaign spans all types of media, so you’ll have the opportunity to work on some cool stuff and some not so cool. can be rewarding at times finally seeing things come to life, but over the past 5 months or so the work-life balance seems to have gotten significantly worse.
For example, Nissan asks for 5% HARD savings every year vs. last year which means you have to rotate from higher to lower FTEs every year and make them work longer by charging the client but not overlapping this to to the FTEs

If you have the chance to work for Jexy and Nuno, I’d strongly encourage it.
Isn’t Nuno the guy from the article that would rather work than go to his friend’s wedding?
It's a good agency with good leaders. Nissan is its own account and its own world. The clients gave half the business to Zimmerman as part of an Omnicom deal, which speaks to Nissan's creative priorities.
I guess NU NY not chiat/day
If you’re a creative you don’t go to work for the Nissan account (Nissan United).
Nissan / Infiniti are historically challenging clients. Nissan has good relationships with leadership, but are still a slog.
