Thought leadership on creative & new tech. Which leads to proactive convos which is a longer path to $$
awards, but also be aware of the business side of things. what is your cost to output ratio? do you require many, many rounds of feedback and supervision from more senior creatives (adds to cost). do you have a sense for what is strategically and creatively sound? do you have the ability to solve problems, not just point them out?
but sometimes none of that shit matters and it’s about being the golden boy.

You’re a junior, you have one job. Learn. It’s your only KPI. You either learn and get better. Or act like you already know what everyone else had to learn and stumble through to grow. Be humble, work hard, learn a lot and try to make an impact however you’re asked. Be that person and you won’t be a junior long.
