Log off put on a nice movie or your favorite series, light a calming candle and relax. Hit the ground running tomorrow some days are good and some are just really, really bad.
Get through it tonight, get a good rest, and wake up and do something nice for yourself.. favorite coffee/sweet treat for breakfast/walk outside/yoga session. It will give you something to look forward too. Tomorrow will be a new and better day ❤️ you can do it!

This!! Take the night and decompress. Work will always be there and you’re not doing yourself any favors by doing it after/during being emotional. This was me last week. Feels good to let it out or chat with someone. 💛
I’m so sorry. I wish I had advice or even encouragement, but all I can say is I’m right there with you. I’ve been crying on and off for 2 weeks and trying to squeeze in work wherever I can. 💜

Thanks everyone for the support. I worked a little less than I initially planned and called it quits. Feeling tired this morning, but I’ll have my coffee and try to ease into the day. Thank you for the positive energy, I really appreciate it.

Try warm eye compresses during breaks. It helped make long days in front of the computer a little more bearable.
