I am working as a software tester from last 5 years and i wanted to switch my career path to devops.
l'm in a dilema where my current job require lot of energy, so whenever I planned to do some tasks on a personal front goes away after 2 week of concentration, it's been very frustrating to not complete my tasks and work on something that I am aspired to do, can anyone have a suggestion how to organise everything to get the best out me. It will do greater good if anyone has any input.

I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. My position puts me in a place where I need to interact with my new coworkers but they are not as welcoming as I expected. There is also another surgical coordinator however I have come to find from other staff that there is a long history of her running other staff away and not fully training other surgical coordinator staff properly. Any suggestions?

PSA: reminder to schedule a day or two off in the upcoming weeks for a 4 day weekend (heck maybe even an entire week). It can do wonders for alleviating stress. Today I’ve gotten my oil changed, taken my dog to the vet, cleaned up my unibrow & have a facial scheduled. The rest of my day will be applying to jobs. Does anyone in the group always feel like crap? I feel like crummy most days out of the month. Whether it’s back or knee pain, cramps, mood swings, period headache. I’ve experienced some hormone and endometriosis struggles for a few years, battling awful period pains that have physically taken me out of work for days. I have been to my gyno so many times for exams and blood work and nothing stands out as concerning. Ive been put on BC hoping it would alleviate symptoms but it’s made things worse
