Good asking salary and starting bonus for a senior associate in PCS nyc?

I need some help here evaluating a job offer to go to industry. Base salary 85k target bonus: 8500 104 hrs PTO & 5 personal days. 5% pension 6% 401k match immediate vesting. I’m currently at 75k 200 hrs PTO 5% 401k match profit sharing % depending on company performance usually 3-6% new insurance will be negligibly more expensive. Also note I’m up for my annual raise effective July 1. I don’t know what my annual raise will be but I’m guessing in the 10% range.

Hi all - Soliciting feedback on comp for a new role.
Last role was an engineering manager at 185k, 10% bonus, RSUs, paid healthcare.
The first offer was a bit underwhelming. I'm trying to think of creative ways to respond with a counter offer. Offer is 150k base with 10k bonus, no equity or stock, and insurance premiums are a bit expensive. Base and bonus are what I have to work with. Initial thoughts were to give a hard "no" and continue interviewing.
