Hi 🐟 - What is the TC for an AWS RevOps Program Manager (Base, signing bonus, equity, etc). Just trying to get an idea. Thanks in advance!
Thinking of turning down a Google offer. 15 YO overall (5 year PgM exp), been a TVC at Google for 2 years doing the role I interviewed for (no direct conversation anymore, so I went though the full interview process). I got leveled at L4 (guessing interviews didn’t go that well) and the comp has been a bit underwhelming. WDYT fishes? Base - 155k, Equity: 132k, bonus: 15%, Bay Area, PgM role Down-leveled when I first joined consulting because I didn’t go to b-school and happens a lot. Sigh.
I put in my 2-wk resignation last week & told my director I was getting a 50k raise + 12k bonus. Today, he messaged me that he just found out that there are 2 senior manager roles available (that would pay me a 62k more). The new role pays the same base I’m getting now but commission is 50k more Any help, fishies? I would make more $$ up front if I stayed at my current company, but the external role I accepted is a much smaller firm & they are already preparing for me to join them in 2 weeks…
Amazon tax analyst - leadership development program. What’s the starting comp? (Base, bonus, RSU)
My firm was one of the firms that gave covid bonuses but did not specify whether everyone was getting it. I didn’t make my hours this year because I was on maternity leave and a bunch of my cases ended 1-2 months before I went out so I had lower hours before I started my leave. I couldn’t make up for those lost hours when I was back since I was working from home with an infant because of covid. I didn’t get the covid bonus, which in my mind is ironic considering the circumstances. (Cont.)
I have received an offer from PwC in the US for the Manager position. I want to know about the increments, annual bonus and promotions in PwC US. As most of firm in US has nominal increments.
Any banks out there still doing cash bonuses when you open your first account with direct deposit and start it off with a minimum balance? Pre-pandemic, Chase gave a $600 bonus if you did both. They don't seem to have this offer anymore. I need a new bank (old one not in my current city) and wanted to take advantage of some kind of bonus or perk.
The firm I'm at, which is a mid-sized lifestyle firm with 1800 billables in NY (and any additional are compensated via end of year Bonus), is currently hiring 2-4th year associates for their corporate group (M&A, debt finance, emerging companies). I joined after 3 years in BigLaw and my work-life balance has improved significantly. DM me if interested- I am happy to chat.
Conflicted.. I received 2 offers. Both are Director positions within healthcare / pharma industry. 1) Is a private company, salary is 22% higher than current salary with great bonus structure 2) Is agency / marketing based, salary is only about 10% higher than current salary, small bonus. I vibed way more with company 2 and the work sounds more interesting.. But struggling to pass up the offer with the greater salary.
Is there a bonus when you go from senior 1 to 2? Or just when you go from staff to senior, senior to manager? Hope this is clear- so the 1-2 parts - is there a bonus?
In general for audit, what can an average S2–>S3 expect for a raise vs a high performer (top right corner of scatterplot)? Both salary and/or bonus?

Finishing my first year as a FSO senior. Have an offer for 30% increase in pay, plus 10-15% bonus. Title is “Fund Accountant” and reports directly to the controller. It’s a small team and this (cont)
What is an appropriate bonus to give your admin (she books all my travel and processes expenses/receipts)? Travel once or twice a month, don’t have her schedule meetings for me at this point.
I’m in early talks with a recruiter for a support role at a mid sized investment bank. A few days ago I gave her a salary range. She just asked what bonus percentage I’m targeting. I don’t know how to answer this since my bonuses have been at my manager’s discretion. How do I answer her?
Looking for relevant market data, as most public salary information is from recruiting firms and is inflataed to a certain degree.... Salary as a senior manager in the first and second year, please include bonus separately, preferably Midwest to adjust for COL... wondering how bad this number really is before I look to bail

Really need advice: United gurus...do I get the same amount of miles (PQM and normal miles) on flying Lufthansa vs United if I have a United account?
In my interview with Deloitte the partner said "we hire from the most prestigious schools like Harvard, Yale, Standford..." And then awkwardly looked at my resume and read the name of my no name/ranking school
Great job, EY for taking the lead on deciding no workforce reduction. Deloitte and others, let’s do what’s right and humane. People can very well do WITHOUT BONUSES AND RAISES
