My client is jean friendly. I usually wear dress pants but my all male team keeps asking why I don't wear jeans and encourages jeans because of the culture. Women's jeans are usually tight And probably not work appropriate and I don't want to wear baggy mom jeans. Thoughts? Are skinny jeans okay? If not, what is?

I am looking for a job with fixed working hours.(Currently working for more than 10 hrs everyday plus saturdays). Extending sometimes is okay, but not everyday. Also a company with good culture/env.
