Curaçao or Antigua? If you’ve been to both which one did you like better?

I am from the US and I'm traveling to Europe next week for the first time ever. I have read that tipping culture at restaurants and bars is different over there, so I wondered if this is true and if anyone knows, how should I prepare accordingly?

Getting remarried next November and trying to think of honeymoon destinations. We wanted to go to Greece but I understand it’s the off-season and there might not be much going on. Same with Italy. We’ve done the Maldives and he’s been to Bali, so those are out. Ideally we’d like to relax somewhere sunny and warm, but we just can’t think of where to go. Any ideas?
