I worked for 3 accounts here as a developer got many appreciation from clients, internal recognition but my salary is still very low. I trained some of the fresher and lead the team who are making double of my annual salary. They got promoted to SE me still BPO1 with 15k/month. Hi! I’m a field consultant and I make roughly $200k. I’m tired of the sales aspect of this job and considering pivoting into project management. My dislike for realtors has never been stronger. While purchasing a property a few months ago we found somewhere that had dropped their price so I wanted to go in a little under or at ask. Ladies, I’m 33.5 and 18 months away from being elected partner if I make the push. My husband and I are also thinking of starting a family but this job spares me no single second to take care of my health or focus on getting pregnant. Will be 35 by the time of election next year.
