Curious...currently at 60% utilization PY. Some things on the pipeline but I don't feel particularly confident that them. What's considered dangerously low? Genuine advice?

Fair- SA Ops Strategy

Seniors are supposed to be in the 80s for utilization. Idk specifically about Ops strategy though. You need to be worried when you are the lowest utilized. Talk with your coach or HR they have a listing that will tell you where you rank. If there are projects in the pipeline you need to get yourself on them or make sure you are working on well known reinvest opportunities.

I think utilization is not as important as we think. Focus on your project and internal contributions. Form solid networks. You can express your concern to HR and your coach but sometimes it's not possible to be at 100% and they understand that

I need advice,a couple of weeks ago when I found out some of my students were testing positive for Covid, I told my principal the fear I had of bringing it home to my parents. I had been wearing a mask at home as soon as I found out. Go on the 4th, boom I have Covid, go on the 7th, I have pneumonia too. I’m mentally scarred, the district nurse tried to tell me I had to return to work on this past Tuesday and I just really felt like I was slapped in the face. Is this the end for me? (Texas)
