Any insight to PwC tuition reimbursement?
Hi Fishes
I wanted to know the Employee Perks/ benefits provided by Freshworks Inc to employees.
I am currently working in a Company where in they pay ₹ 5,000/- a month for wellness reimbursement, free Cab, food Annual Education reimbursement upto ₹3,50,000/- etc
All employees are eligible to these benefits and these are beyond the CTC.
Does Freshworks Inc provide any of the above or any other benefits besides CTC ?

We did for 10 years. Good thing is if you have to go to the office you can use only 1 car. Also they “get” your work and culture/work ethic.

I work full time from home and so will they. It’s a little quarantiney for my taste but it’s not an insurmountable problem. It vastly improves our after school logistics so there are pluses.

I've worked with my spouse at two seperate firms (different groups). It was no problem

Pros: I could (and still can) talk about my day to someone who knows where I'm coming from
Cons: if the company goes the way of Arthur Andersen we're screwed
I did for about 5 years pre-pandemic. It was fun because like one of the prev posters said, they 'get' the company culture. Post kid, we try to stay in separate companies to ensure at least one of us keeps getting their paycheck, while the other gets to explore exciting roles (usually we alternate on this one)
