Lol I may have been too harsh. Would need to understand a lot more but it doesn’t sound like a good setup. I think 75-80% is average

In our organization 100% is expected, slightly below acceptable occasionally, and a couple or 3 quarters in a row, and the AE is smart to look for another job if there's no significant change on the horizon in terms of quota or pipeline. This flows upstream too though, a director doesn't want any underperforming AE's, and turn-over isn't good for anybody, thus quotas are realistic for all.

100% is meant to be the goal. It should be forecast with the goal of 100% attainment.

The real question is: is the company making its numbers even though the reps are hovering at around 55%?

For additional context on our 15 person team, 3 people exceeded the commission OTE (half our total OTE) for the quarter, of the remaining 12 none made more than 50% of their commission OTE. 6 of the 15 made 15% or less than their commission OTE. Now that I've run the data this is more alarming. They've now added headcount since then. Anyone hiring?!

Why is advisory staff 1 salary at $72k (in NYC) and audit is 60k?! Even a senior1 in audit doesn't make that much! And they don't need to worry about CPA! Some of them never work past 7pm all year!
