Hello! I have an upcoming interview with Dell Technologies for the position Data Engineer and Automation Consultant. It's a 30 minute Zoom call interview with the director of Data Engineering team.
1. Can I have suggestions on how to prepare for the interview?
2. Directors in this bowl - what questions will you ask a potential a senior/mid-senior employee in am interview?
3. Dell/Ex-Dell employees, Kindly share your experience working with the company - How is the career growth & WLB

Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev, testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.
Can I change to management side without risking my job .

I think it helped me. I just put Associate of ISC2 or whatever the actual terminology is on the site. I think I also put (CISSP) behind it
Technically can't claim you have the CISSP till you do, Associate of ISC2 is recommended in the meantime to avoid flak
Just note that once you have passed the exam, you have 9 months to apply for certification and get the 5 years of required experience (1 yr waiver if degree in IT/sec) before you have to take the exam again. So plan to take the exam if you have at least 3.25/4.25 years of IT experience
Hey if you have a bachelor's, it is 4 years instead of 5
Can't hurt
I think d1 meant that. Probably just written a bit off
