Hi Fishes, I have received an offer for the role of Senior Manager (Accountant) from Congnizant for 20LPA (66% higher than current CTC) & Flexible Work Location. I'm already due for promotion in my current organization which gives me 20% hike from July 2022. If I consider this hike. Cognizant offer 20LPA is 38% increase. Should I ask more from Cognizant? Recruiter was very sympathetic and offered to introduce to any other open roles I am interested in. Should I take him up on it ? I see 2 open roles very similar to the ones I interviewed for. How many days Persistent takes to share interview feedback?

Preparing for an interview with Google for their product strategy/gtm role. They said it’s for l6/l7 role. Should I expect estimation / technical questions? When answering questions should I avoid going too deep? The answer examples I see are typically super high level for biz questions, but I’m just worried that a lot of answers are provided by junior folks (apms etc)

How do you deal when you know you’re just so burnt out? I feel it— everything is magnified, home life feels more chaotic. I’m looking for jobs. Getting nowhere and lots of automated rejection notes. Work demands are never ending. We have staff, not the right staff, so a lot of work falls to me. I never get to turn off. It’s wearing. I’ve been trying “take care of myself” going to yoga, getting a drink with a friend, but the demands leave me feeling like I never get to be idle.

This is a potentially dumb question but when you are allocated a certain round of revisions does the last/final version count in that number?
For example, we have four rounds budgeted for an animation, if we provide feedback on R3 are we able to give feedback on the next round as well or do the “four rounds” refer to the four delivered videos?
